Packaging and Delivery

Our products are now to be sent Second Class Royal Mail, the service cost is £3.99. We have chosen this option to keep our postal costs to you the customer as low as possible. It is automatically added to your total at the checkout, The delivery cost is a fixed rate for one or more garments. We ship outside the UK Mainland but at a higher rate, see below.

We will deliver all Products comprised in your order in one delivery. We will deliver directly to the delivery address specified in your order.

We can not deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. Deliveries will be made to your door. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of products ordered.

The receiving blanket comes in a drawstring pouch made from natural jute with a cotton rope handle.

Items are made to order, delivery will be up to 10 working days unless advised, if we are awaiting stock in your size or colour we will inform you of the delay. If a design is unavailable we will inform you of the delay or give you the option to change your order.

Should item unfortunately be lost in post we are unable to refund monies or re-send items till designated time elapsed set by post office to consider items are lost.
